Chipmunk/Fisher/Coyote Clan

Tuition for Day Camp is $425/week.
If a cancellation is made prior to 21 days before camp starts, we will refund your camp fee, minus a $50 admin fee as long as we or you are able to find a replacement participant. There are no refunds less than 21 days before camp.
There is no credit card fee to pay for camps.
Full payment is needed to hold your space in youth camps.
Tuition for Forest School for the 2024/5 year is $1795. Full tuition is due by July 5th, 2025.
$950 for Spring semester only.
A $300 non-refundable deposit is needed to hold your space for Forest School.
If a cancellation is made prior to August 1st, 2024, tuition minus the $300 deposit will be reimbursed. However, if a cancellation is made after August 1st, tuition will be non-refundable unless you or we are able to find a suitable replacement participant.
WILD WOODS AFTERSCHOOL '24/'25
Tuition for Wild Woods After School program is $525. Full payment is due by July 5th, 2025.
If a cancellation is made prior to August 1st, 2024, tuition minus a $50 admin fee will be reimbursed. However, if a cancellation is made after August 1st, tuition will be non-refundable unless you or we are able to find a suitable replacement participant.
TEEN NATURALIST PROGRAM '24/'25
Tuition for Saturday Teen Naturalist Program is $775 for the year.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is needed to reserve your spot.
Full payment is due July 5th.
If a cancellation is made prior to August 1st, 2025, tuition minus the $200 deposit will be reimbursed. However, if a cancellation is made after August 1st, tuition will be non-refundable unless you or we are able to find a suitable replacement participant.

If a cancellation is made prior to 21 days before the event tuition minus the $200 deposit will be reimbursed. However, if a cancellation is made 21 days or fewer before the event, tuition will be non-refundable unless you or we are able to find a replacement participant.
There is an approximately 1% ACH to pay for teen retreats online with bank account information. This fee is refunded if you pay by check.
ADULT RETREATS
March 28 - 31, 2025
$695
Work Trade available based on financial need.
Stay the night before or after: $50
Full Payment is due by February 28, 2025

There is an approximately 1% ACH to pay for overnight retreats online with bank account information or a 3% credit card fee. The fee is refunded if you pay by check.
RETREAT HEALTH POLICY

For the week leading up to the retreat, participants are asked to make health conscious choices to promote a healthy community on the retreat.

We will ask all participants and staff to practice good hygiene including hand washing before meals to prevent the spread of sickness
Prior to the retreat, if you or a member of your household becomes ill:
If a member of your household contracts COVID-19 within two weeks prior to your arrival or experiences two or more of the following symptoms (cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, repeated shaking, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell) within 7 days of your arrival, document and contact us prior to arrival.
We recognize that there is a risk of COVID exposure on overnight retreats. Please be in touch with any questions or concerns you may have.
AFTER YOU REGISTER
You will receive an invoice by email within a few days. You can pay by ACH by clicking on that invoice, or you can just go ahead and mail a check to us for the full amount of the youth camps, or the deposit, or full amount of the Teen/Adult retreats.
